Fruit Jelly Recipe:

Ingredients:

500 g of fresh fruits (e.g. strawberries, kiwis, peaches, oranges)
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 pack of gelatin (about 10 g)
Juice of one lemon

Instructions:

Prepare the fruits, peel them, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Put sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the chopped fruits to the syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the fruits are soft.

Add lemon juice to the fruits for a brighter taste. Mix it up.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of cold water. Let it swell up a little.

Add the swollen gelatin to the hot fruits and mix thoroughly until completely dissolved.

Pour the mass into a jelly mold or serving glasses.

Put it in the refrigerator and let it freeze, usually it takes several hours.

When the jelly is completely frozen, serve it, garnished with whipped cream, fresh berries or a mint leaf, if desired.
